Revival of the Art Section: Sonic the Hedgehog! GFX Contest!

As an attempt to get people creating pieces of artwork again and reviving the art section, then by special request! The first GFX Contest of Safari Zone, Year 2!

This art contest will be simple and easy: Create a piece of artwork. It can be a hand-drawing, a render, a banner, an avatar, a signature, sprite artwork, etc. The only restriction is that it must be Sonic related. Either Sonic himself, Tails, Eggman, Knuckles, Shadow, Amy, or any of their other friends. Maybe a collaboration of all the badniks in the game? Anything goes as long as it is related to the Sonic universe. CC, this one's for you!

Now, down to the nitty gritty. You will have one week to create this. Entries will no longer be taken after September 12th at 12AM. Entries will not be judged solely on talent. There's more to art than the outcome. It's about expression. Therefore everyone has equal footing in this contest. Even if you don't think you'll win, enter anyway.

Though, there will be prizes. The grand prize winner will receive a commission from me. That's right. I will draw them something. It does not have to be Sonic related, but it can be. I will draw and color it and send it to you, either discreetly or posted in this thread when the contest and the prize are both finished.

I will not be competing. I'm just here to look pretty.

Now, go out and find those emeralds, then use them to give your artistic talents Super Strength!

Oh yes. Your post MUST contain an original NEW piece of artwork. You must make one specifically for this contest. No reuses.

Excellent entries. Now we wait for more people to enter. Spread the word to others on the forum as well. I want anyone and everyone to enter.

Because the contest went belly-up, I will give both of you a commission. But I will find a way to get people to post art. I just will.
