@winged Both of their IVs are pretty bad. o_o Eevee is 25/9/23/12/3/3 And Raikou is 27/11/25/9/6/19. I know, most of my EV'ds are Savved I'd give you ditto and milotic, though.

what exactly do you mean by savved though? all stats are maxed or something like that? if the stats are legit i don't care too much

The pokemon are perfectly "legal." They have good/perfect IVs and maxed out EVs (to the natural limit, 510, not 255 in all stats). Nothing that couldn't happen naturally in the game if you were very lucky.
