RULES
1. You must ask a Mod or Admin's permission to create a tournament.
2. You must also confirm with them what the prizes are.
3. You have the right to choose the tier of your tournament. (OU, UU, 5th Gen, Uber, LC)
4. In the rules section of your post you must include what Clauses you are using with a breif description of what they mean.
5. You have the right to decline any application for the Tournament
6. I have the right to declin any application for a Tournament
