Whitney (Akane)

Goldenrod City Gym Leader and an expert on Normal-type Pokémon. She doesn't take losing well in the game and will throw temper tantrums when she does. In the anime, she is a more agreeable and friendly person, though she tends to get lost in Goldenrod City quite easily.
