Meta-Human

It started years ago.Earth was at war with itself.Every contry decided to attack,after every member of the UN was killed by some inkonwn force,all the contries blamed each other.Then came the age of the Meta-Human.Humans with extrodinary abilities.(To prove you read the whole post,post Meta-Man at the end of your application.)Three young Meat-Humans,some of the first,Whirlwind,Bolt,and Cosmic sacrificed themselves to save the planet from self-destruction.
Now, the meta-Humans still reside on planet Earth,waiting in the Shadows,waiting.In some areas they are discriminated for being differnt,much like Black people once were.But some are Heros,defending the World,while others wish for Evil to rule.....
This is for VERY serious RP'ers only,this means i want a post thats at least fiften sentances long.Here's the sign-Up forum,

2.You may go off-Planet,although main events will be happening in a city that I will tell you about later,unless its an Event.)
3.Dont pop up in places,unless you can port'
4.You may have three charecters only until I or the GM's whom I shall be appointing shortly deem you able to handle an Extra Charecter.)
5.I or the GM's have the right to deny ypour application,and if you are banned perma Banned from the RP,all of your posts in it shall be deleted.

Lastly, Revolution City,this is where all the main events of the story shall be happening,unless there is a special event, the city is diviyed up into multiple sectors,here they are(Please note, Revolution City is in the State of New York,and New York city does not exist,only Revolution City.)!
City Center: The center of the city,here is the Town hall,the citys most famous Super-Mall, and a number of sky-scrapers,used primarily a observation towers just in case the old Earth Vs. Earth war resurrfaces.
Suburbia: A giant lot of space,filled to the brim,and then some,with apaertments.
Downtown: This is the bad area,where all the gangs hang out, and people say they seee...creatures....
The Bay:The side of the city by the water,with a numer of boats and jolly sea captins.Although,crazy Phil says he's seen 'Things' in the water.

Alias:Hawk
Speech Color:Ima go with Indigofor all my charecters.
Charecter Alligntment:Hero
Identity:Hidden to everyone,though,may be revealed to those he truly trusts....
Charecter personality:He's a fun guy,although,when he pulls on his suit,he takes on a darker personality...
Uniform/Costume:He wars a black suit, that covers his torso,arms,and legs,that has a purple cirle around a purple H with purple winds depicted as attached to said circle.He also has purple glowes and boots, as well as sandy blone hair, and a purple mask much like that of Robins.He also has soft white wings coming out of the back.
Origin Info/Details: As a child,he was always the small one that got picked on by the bullies,yet years later,he discoved he was a Meta-Human,becuase,once he reached the age of sixteeen(how old he is now)wings sprouted from his back.He stared by fasioning a crude bow along with a few blubnt arrows,then got funding!
Powers:Soft White wings,as well as bows arrows and a quiver, and some arows are specialized with abilitys such as blowing up on impact, or releaseing knockout gas.
Power Level:Mainly monitors his City,buty when duty calls,he will go elsewhere.
Streangth:Highly Trained human(Thank you personaly trainers from the funding!)
Reasources:When not in Hero Mode,middle-class and when acting as Hawk,hes Rich.
Speed Reaction/Timing:Highly trained human(Oh yeah! One of the trainers was a Samuri!)
Endurance at MAXIMUM effort:Highly Trained human (BUNS AND THIGHS! Is what my trainers said when i was doing this...)

Weakness:Pretty much anything that would ail a normal Human,also,water makes it hard for him to fly.

Sample post:"DARN IT EEL!" Hawk sudderd on one knee as a surge of electircity passed through his body."Come on Hawk feel the ELECTRIC!" A man hidden in an alleyway shouted,as another bolt of elctricity came, aimed at hawks head.Hawk barrel rolled to the side as the pulled out his bow and three arrows.He nwas a foot from where he was before,he heard the sizzle of the elctricity as it hit the ground, and could feel the heat,which his suit amplified,sinmce black attacts more heat than other colors.He rapidly fired three arrows,each with modified tips,as a man stepped out of the dark alley way.He looked like hawk,in the sense that he had a black suit,exept this on was covering his whole body but his hands feet and mouth.Well,I guess you could call them that...His mouth was just tentacles, dangling down,that still somehow maneged to make sound and eat...Same for his hands and feet...tentacles....ZAP!...ZAP! two arrows were knocked out of the air,but the third hit Toxing in the face.And what did it do?Nothing."Tick tick boom." Hawk grinned.Tink,Tink BOOM!!!!!!!!!!the arrow blew up,and Eel dropped to the floor,KO'ed.He lifted Eel off the ground."De-electorcuted...Good..." He was flying over the near-surise streets,he saw an odd boy,running with a cat,whom werew chasing a man that resembled a dog,then Eel woke up, Hawk felt elctricity go through his body,and plummeted to the ground below....

Charecter Personality: He can be shady,but extremely helpful at times,and kind,even though he is stern on the outside.
Uniform/Costume(Post a picture or describe it.): Black Hoodie,Shades,Somewhat Torn Jeans,Black Sneakers,Black Bangs dangling in front of sea blue eyes.
Origin/Info Details: Rye is pretty much orphaned,except for his feline friend/pet, cat named Tiger,who actually has powers of her own. He's hard to get to know,but if you're in his inner circle,you're basically friends with a super computer whose updated on the latest gossip right away. (Not a power,metaphorical)

' Unnaturally calm..' Rye thought. Tiger picked up on this and retorted,' Ya,you forgot to mention the sun is just about to rise..'
' Still,most criminals come out early,when there are less prey to feed on,and less bystanders,as well as the fact they can't see the criminal's appearance,and nobody knows the crime is occuring..' Rye and Tiger could easily be nemesis acquiring all the times they've argued about trivial things.
A loud shriek echoed through the alley,and Tiger snickered in that certain way cats snicker.'So much for calm..'
'This way. I'm not wasting my energy on anything the police can handle though.' They turned the corner,made a left,and were directed straight into the street,where they niftly dodged the small amount of cars rushing off to early work. They obviously had things better to do than call 911 about a crime undergoing a block away.
It was an idiotic criminal,attempting to retrieve a sack full of something that a man held over his shoulder. There was a dog barking at the criminal's side.
'Oh jeez..' Rye sighed as the dog barked and fled from the scene,straight at Tiger. This directed the two's attention to the street rat boarding his way down,and the criminal burst into running to retrieve his dog,and possibly,get rid of the bystanders.
How Rye wished he had Teleportation,but of course,he had to abuse his Skateboarding Skills. The dog was less than a yard a way,the criminal not that far behind. The man with the sack was walking off calmly. Both were suspicous.
The dog leapt from it's position,a foot away and towards Tiger. It would've sunk it's jaws into her neck,but a barrier appeared,and the dog rebounded off,and was hurled into a garbage can in a nearby alley.
"Rex! You idiot,that's my dog! You're dead now!" He pulled out a sword,which was an odd weapon to have on hand,but Rye knew what to do.A human with a suitcase ran across the crosswalk hurriedly,but the scene was easily reaching him. He was going to say Watch Out,but of course,like any unoriginal superhero,he shouted,"Watch Out Civilian!" The man escaped the scene in one piece.
"Tiger,pounce and slash!" Rye commanded. The feline's claws grew large and turned a silvery color. Tiger leapt and slashed,ripping the criminal's ski mask into bits,and slashing the sword into two large,pointy reminents of metal. He slashed the rest of the sword he had,but Tiger deflected it with her claws. It flew and got hit by a car,shattering into pieces.
"You annoying little brat!" He attempted to grab Tiger by her neck,but stumbled.He wound up with wide gashes on his arms and legs,crumpled and weakened on the pavement.
Rye was reminded of that face-the face of the criminal as he sped away. Little did he know,that,right there,was his arch-nemesis to be.
The next week or so,crime levels dropped steadily,an occassional break in here,and thief there,but of course,those were handled by the police.
And suddenly,out of nowhere,an extreme criminal was created.
It was pretty peaceful,except for the average car zooming past and common chattiness of the open city air. And out of nowhere,a Blood Hound broke through the glass at a jewelry store,and it sped down the street,necklaces clenched in it's jaws. Another dog burst from the window-wait,that wasn't a dog..that was..a human? He was wearing dog skins,and also had jewelry squished between his normal teeth-but these teeth were modified,like Tiger's claws. The man barked in harmony with the dog-that dog resembled the dog he battled on the streets..and that man..Rye sped away from the scene. And thus,The Hound was born.

The dog leapt from it's position,a foot away and towards Tiger. It would've sunk it's jaws into her neck,but a barrier appeared,and the dog rebounded off,and was hurled into a garbage can in a nearby alley.
"Rex! You idiot,that's my dog! You're dead now!" He pulled out a sword,which was an odd weapon to have on hand,but Rye knew what to do.A human with a suitcase ran across the crosswalk hurriedly,but the scene was easily reaching him. He was going to say Watch Out,but of course,like any unoriginal superhero,he shouted,"Watch Out Civilian!" The man escaped the scene in one piece.
"Tiger,pounce and slash!" Rye commanded. The feline's claws grew large and turned a silvery color. Tiger leapt and slashed,ripping the criminal's ski mask into bits,and slashing the sword into two large,pointy reminents of metal. He slashed the rest of the sword he had,but Tiger deflected it with her claws. It flew and got hit by a car,shattering into pieces.
"You annoying little brat!" He attempted to grab Tiger by her neck,but stumbled.He wound up with wide gashes on his arms and legs,crumpled and weakened on the pavement.
Rye was reminded of that face-the face of the criminal as he sped away. Little did he know,that,right there,was his arch-nemesis to be.
The next week or so,crime levels dropped steadily,an occassional break in here,and thief there,but of course,those were handled by the police.
And suddenly,out of nowhere,an extreme criminal was created.
It was pretty peaceful,except for the average car zooming past and common chattiness of the open city air. And out of nowhere,a Blood Hound broke through the glass at a jewelry store,and it sped down the street,necklaces clenched in it's jaws. Another dog burst from the window-wait,that wasn't a dog..that was..a human? He was wearing dog skins,and also had jewelry squished between his normal teeth-but these teeth were modified,like Tiger's claws. The man barked in harmony with the dog-that dog resembled the dog he battled on the streets..and that man..Rye sped away from the scene. And thus,The Hound was born.
